Ground Beef - 1 Pound

Scottish Highland Ground Beef / Pasture Raised Antibiotic and Hormone Free.  We raise these grand animals at our farm.  It takes two years to grow out since they just eat good old fashion grass and hay in the winter (hay comes from our farms).  We process the entire cow into ground beef so you get all the best cuts - all the steaks and everything go into this ground beef.  It's wonderful and lean, full of flavor.  These Highlanders are born here, and never get transported in trailers to processing plants - a great way to grow up!
